Civic Trust House offers a stylish and spacious boardroom on historic Pope’s Quay, ideal for meetings, workshops, and small events. Just a short walk from the heart of the city, our venue combines heritage charm with modern amenities.

The Musgrave Room features a large antique table that comfortably seats 10 people. Additional folding tables can increase seating to 20, and the space accommodates up to 34 guests in theatre-style setup.

A/V & Exhibition Facilities

Our boardroom is equipped with an 86-inch television screen, high-quality sound system, and overhead visualiser, perfect for presentations or hybrid meetings. We’ve also recently installed a brass picture rail, making the space suitable for art exhibitions and creative events.

Refreshments & Catering

Tea, coffee, and biscuits are complimentary for groups of up to 12 people. For larger groups, refreshments are available at just €2 per person per break. If you’d like catering, we’re happy to arrange food from one of Cork’s many excellent local providers, tailored to your group’s needs and budget.
