Arts at Civic Trust House CLG is a company limited by guarantee. It exists to manage Civic Trust House as a shared space for arts organisations, ensuring its sustainability and vibrancy as a creative resource in Cork City.
Governance
The Board of Arts at Civic Trust House CLG oversees the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. Board members are mainly drawn from the resident companies, and each is either a member of a resident company or else a skilled advisor. This structure ensures that governance remains rooted in the needs and aspirations of the resident organisations.

Allin Gray (Chairperson)
Allin Gray is CEO of the Irish Association of Youth Orchestras, the all-Ireland resource organisation for youth orchestras based at Civic Trust House. A music graduate of MTU Cork School of Music, Allin has worked extensively in youth music development in Ireland and internationally. Allin has served on numerous boards in Ireland and Europe including time with the European Orchestra Federation and the International Music Council. Allin is also an active environmental volunteer. As Chairperson, he brings steady leadership and a deep commitment to the shared aims of the house and its resident organisations.
Elaine Fitzgerald is Festival Manager of the Cork International Choral Festival, one of Ireland’s longest-running annual festivals and a resident organisation at Civic Trust House since 2006. Previously Head of Sponsorship and Promotions at Cork’s 96FM and C103, she has extensive experience in events, communications, and logistics. Elaine is known for her pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, which has been invaluable across many large-scale festival projects. She represents the Choral Festival on the board and contributes to the collaborative running of the house.
