Nicki ffrench Davis – Building Manager
Nicki ffrench Davis is Building Manager of Civic Trust House , a role she has held in various forms since 2006. She oversees the day-to-day running of this shared historic space, supporting its resident arts organisations and managing the building’s operations, finances, and public interface. With a background in music and journalism, Nicki also coordinates Civic Trust House’s communications and public events. Over the years, she has played a key role in identifying development opportunities, managing heritage and cultural programmes, and leading fundraising initiatives that support the long-term sustainability and visibility of the house and its community.

Mervyn Scanlan – Reception / Accounts
Merv joined the house in 2021 as Receptionist/Administrator and quickly assumed our daily Bookkeeping and Accountancy roles.

Conor Delaney – Reception / Admin / General
Conor joined us at the end of 2023 and brings a wealth of building experience to the team and friendly good humour to the front desk.
