Did you know Civic Trust House offers shared office space to arts workers at a very competitive rate? Co-workers have their own designated desk, with access to wireless internet as well as access to many of the facilities in the house, including mailing address & postal service, photocopying/printing, tea/coffee, and use of the boardroom.
They also become part of the house community which shares a diverse range of knowledge and experience – perfect for kickstarting new projects or developing and expanding existing projects.
We have two levels of access.
Users with Business Hours only access have a designated desk and a latch key for the front door only. They can come and go freely between the hours of 9.30-5.30pm Monday-Friday. They are entitled to use our postal address and to 4 hours of pre-booked boardroom use per quarter. Cost €250 per quarter, payable in advance.
Users with Keyholder Access have a designated desk and a full set of keys. They have 24-hour access 365 days. They are entitled to use our postal address and to 4 hours of pre-booked boardroom use per quarter. Cost €500 per quarter, payable in advance.
Co-working desks are to be used for Arts and Arts-related activity only. Approved users will be required to provide references, sign an agreement with Civic Trust House management and to abide by our House Rules.
