In 2022 we set up a small house choir for Christmas which progressed well in a short time and gave a spirited short performance at the annual house Christmas Party.
Since we were enjoying the relaxed social aspect and the singing we have continued, though small in number, and in the summer of 2023 we have decided to extend an invitation to other singers who may like to join. For now we have been enjoying singing some shanties, canons and touch of barbershop. We are lucky to have a conductor in-house Jack Mahony, who works with IAYO. We tend to practise for 1 hour a week from 1-2pm, usually on a Tuesday. Rehearsals are in the boardroom, a lovely bright room with a great acoustic.
